Rates & Stays

All rooms are “non-smoking” and equipped with high speed and wireless Internet, Bell Express Satellite TV, phones/free local calls, fridges, microwaves and a 4 piece bath. We include a continental breakfast with your room rate. (Seasonal) ( NOT OFFERED DURING COVID_19 )

The continental breakfast is Seasonal in the restaurant from 6am – 10am. ( NOT OFFERED DURING COVID-19 )

Rates based on double occupancy per night. Extra guests add $20 per person/night. Children 12 and under stay free. (maximum 2 children). All prices quoted are for two people accommodation, in Canadian Dollars and do not include 5% room tax (PST) and 6% GST or gratuities.

A credit card is required to reserve room. Long and specialty weekends do require a 2 night minimum stay. If you require only a 1 night stay, call for any potential “open” nights.

During Covid-19 we are cleaning the rooms with disinfectant and bleach. We are using Lysol wipes on remotes, light switches, lamps etc. Bleach Vim and Lysol multipurpose spray in the washrooms and hard surfaces in the room. After the beds are made and rooms are vacuumed we are using Lysol disinfectant aerosol spray on the drapes, bedspreads, upholstered furniture etc. on our way out of the room. Nothing is 100% but we are doing our best to guest safe

Office Hours & Check In/Out Times

Office Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily 
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 
Check-out: 10:30 a.m. (prompt) 

Please no late check-in’s unless previously arranged. 
If you would like to extend your stay please contact the office prior to 10:30 am to see if room is available.

General Policies

Out of consideration for our guests with allergies, we do not except pets. Boarding kennels are near by and may be arranged. 

To ensure that all guest enjoy a quiet stay, we do not allow any parties or late visitors later than 10pm. 

For safety and insurance reasons, cooking or hot plates or open flames (candles) are not allowed on the property. 

Smoking in rooms results in a $200 charge for cleaning purposes.

Cancellation Policy 

Please note we strongly enforce our policy because of our small size. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling this space; thus, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

Single Room

If a cancellation is made 3 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may either elect to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 Administration fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made 3 days or less prior to your arrival date, full room rate will be applied to all booked days. No refund will be possible regardless of the reason.

Multi Rooms / Cabins

If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may either elect to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 Administration fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, full room rate will be applied to all booked days. No refund will be possible regardless of the reason.

This is to ensure any extra or unwanted rooms are cancelled in a timely manner, enabling us to “re-book”, to guests in need of accommodation.
